Abstract: | This research aims to investigate “Nudging’ an intervention technique for more healthier consumers choices”. Nowadays consumers are more concerned about sustainable consumption, therefore the questions associated with that emphasize on their willingness and emphasizes on purchase behaviour towards healthier products. Research emphasize on investigation of “Nudge” influence among the Greek consumers and their buying behaviour choices conferring to the healthy food. Despite that research has aims to investigate the Initiatives among Greek retailers as well conferring to the promotion of healthy food consumption, which will give additional insights about nudging assumptions and consumers awareness towards nudging technique. Therefore, this research will be developed based on empirical evidence. Quantitative data (survey) will be distributed for data collection which will be further investigated through SPSS IBM statistical software. |
