Abstract: The topic of this dissertation is "The effects of the Covid-19 pandemic on the operations and exports of an autonomous olive oil company". The aim of this research is to analyze and investigate the effects of Covid-19 on the autonomous olive oil company in Greece, what are the positives and negatives of this whole situation with many different analytical data. Through a questionnaire created and sent to consumers in Bulgaria, compared to statistics, we will show what attracted them to the products and what still keeps them as customers. Through other researches we will have effects on the economy of Greece but also on the world economy, which industries it helped and which industries it brought to decline.
