Traceability has become essential in order to keep product data fully visible and the various supply chain stages connected. The development of extremely detailed and complete traceability systems that provide the required information rapidly, accurately, and in real time is encouraged by current technology. Examining the most recent methods of disseminating this information throughout the production and supply chain of a dairy farm is the aim of the current investigation. After mentioning the existing legislation and regulations for traceability, a bibliographic review is conducted in the present work. Attempting to assure and guarantee the traceability of dairy products, this thesis investigated the usage of electronic and manual traceability system. Each of participating procedure, guidance, and control sheet in the physical production flow of materials and products, so as the flow of information were connected for the implementation of the proposed traceability system. The project plan of this study was a model for traceability and quality indicators of milk products in the form on tables and then created a database file. The findings of this study provided a comprehensive perspective on how electronic traceability systems might serve as a guarantor of the genuineness and quality of dairy products. The human factor is the most important consideration that shouldn't be disregarded, not the technological or economic aspect. Install and run electronic traceability systems with the intention of using them to add value to the product, key players in the industry must develop long-term relationships that are marked by high levels of trust, dedication, and pleasure. These relationships will help create the cooperative environment of knowledge and coordination that will shape and influence their proper judgments of costs, resources, and simplicity of use of electronic traceability systems.en_US
