Abstract: Crithmum Maritimum is an edible plant that thrives in soils with high salinity. Since the ancient times, it has been used in cooking and for medical purposes and its use in recent years has become more widespread in many fields of science thanks to its high nutritional value. Of course, it is important to mention that Sea fennel is a very good source of phenolic components, which as we know from bibliography, promote the health of human and prevent from cardiovascular diseases. It is consumed as a powerful source of vitamins C, essential oils and other biomolecules. Nowadays it is used in salads, as a pickle or as a spice. The studies and bibliographic data on the antioxidant and antiatherogenic activity of the Crithmum M. extract are limited, as opposed to the numerous researches carried out in its essential oil. This investigation assessed the development of this plant in a "non-local climate” and was an endeavor to fill in a control climate (nursery) in pots. The fundamental goal was to assess its development and improvement in different development substrates, for example, sand, sandy topsoil soil and pumice, under various preparation medicines and inundated by average water system water and contrasted and proportions of blended ocean water. Various perceptions and investigations were taken during the examination's time from the substrates, the yield and atmosphere information inside the nursery. Information examination of new weight demonstrated that sandy soils and ocean water system can have a measurable critical distinction in the way of life of Crithmum. This study showed the business development of Rock Samphire can turn out a decent likely revenue to the farmers and become an imaginative cultivation.
