Abstract: The purpose of this dissertation was to find out how the general public felt about the Corporate Social Responsibility practices used by Greek pharmaceutical firms. The objective was to evaluate attitudes, trust, and awareness regarding initiatives and how they affect customer behavior. To define CSR and assess its applicability in the pharmaceutical sector, an analysis of the body of current literature was conducted. Consideration was about how businesses convey it and how the public views such efforts. The research methodology used was quantitative research. Greek people were given an online questionnaire to complete in order to gather data. The data was analyzed using crosstabs, Spearman's correlation, and descriptive statistics. Although CSR was a widely known idea, it was discovered that pharmaceutical firms' particular activities were not well known. Many respondents expressed skepticism, indicating a modest level of trust in these firms. Trust and CSR awareness were shown to be somewhat positively correlated. The most popular sources of CSR information were found to be independent publications and social media. It was determined that in order to foster more trust and involvement, Greek pharmaceutical firms should enhance transparency, raise the profile of CSR, and engage the public more directly.
