Abstract: The insurance industry is extremely important for financial stability. It helps people avoid risk, boosts the economy, and ensures that both people and businesses remain safe. Moreover, insurance companies play a key role in financial markets. They help keep the market moving, stabilize the system, and make finances more inclusive. Because of their long-term commitment, these companies act as big investors. This has an impact on asset prices and on how smoothly the market functions. This literature review closely examines the way customers view insurance services and the important role that insurance plays in the economic and social sectors of society.
