| Abstract: | The field of olive farming is examined in this study, with a focus on the use of sustainable practices and how that affects the quality of olives produced. Sustainable agricultural techniques are becoming more and more well-liked worldwide due to their capacity to lessen environmental damage while maintaining or perhaps increasing crop yield and quality. Understanding how sustainable farming practices and olive quality are related is crucial for the olive industry since this is the area where consumer expectations for high-quality goods and environmental concerns come together. This study comprehensively evaluates the impact of sustainable practices on olive quality via an integrated method that combines lab analysis, field observations, and stakeholder interviews. A number of significant factors, such as soil health, water management, pest and disease control strategies, and organic agriculture techniques, are carefully considered in connection to olive attributes such as flavor profiles, nutritional content, and shelf-life stability. Additionally, the financial implications and market dynamics associated with sustainable olive farming are examined in order to provide a thorough perspective on the viability and scalability of using such approaches in the olive industry (agrifoodsa.info, n.d.). The study's findings provide important information to academic and corporate stakeholders, enabling informed decision-making processes aimed at promoting sustainable agricultural methods and meeting the growing demand for quality olives and olive products. |
