Abstract: This study uses quantitative methods to look at customer trends and preferences in Greece's Feta POP sector. To get quantitative information on Greek consumers' preferences, buying patterns, and views of Feta cheese, a structured survey was contacted to a representative sample of Greek consumers. In order to examine the survey data and get insights into consumer behavior, purchasing patterns, and market dynamics, statistical analysis was used, which included a questionnaire as well. The results of this analysis show that taste preferences, price sensitivity, perceptions of quality, and demographics are the main factors influencing customer choices with regards to Feta cheese. Furthermore, the study pinpoints new developments in the Feta industry, including changes in customer demographics and the effects of globalization on product options. This study adds to a better knowledge of the Greek Feta cheese market and provides insightful information for stakeholders in the Greek dairy sector by presenting empirical data on consumer preferences and market trends. Moreover, the study discusses new trends in the Feta industry, such as changes in customer demographics and the impact of globalization on product developments. These developments, however, offer practical advice to those involved in the Greek dairy sector. This advice allows them to make well-informed decisions, handle the intricacies and challenges of the new markets and take initiatives and new chances, in order to progress, remain competitive and meet consumers’ needs and new purchasing trends.
