| Abstract: | This dissertation aims to describe consumer satisfaction with supermarkets and how this satisfaction affects the sales performance of supermarkets. The purpose of most businesses is to build a long-term relationship with their customers, and this will only happen if the customers are happy with these businesses. Supermarkets will have to meet the high demands of their customers so that the latter will be satisfied. |
