Abstract: This study focuses on the analysis of the fertilization strategies that could employed on the production of peaches for an improvement in the efficiency and productivity of the production. This study uses a field of peach plantation in the prefecture of Imathia, Greece. Different fertilizers and optimization software were analyzed in order to come up with the most efficient ones. The findings showed that the software used for the optimization fo the fertilization provided with more efficient strategies that reduced the amounts of fertilizers and resulted in higher yields. In addition, the application of foliar fertilizers caused an increase of the production as compared to the traditional synthetic fertilizers. The review of more available software and foliar fertilizers is suggested for future studies in order to further improve the fertilization strategies and provide with higher benefits to the peach production
