dc.description.abstractThe phenomenon known to us as globalization has greatly affect the world of business generally, but specifically it has affected the ways the business is done, the ways employers and employees behave and do things. Therefore, the ways how to maintain and motivate the employees in a specific business should be identified and implemented in order to increase the above factors between employees The aim of this study is to identify ways to improve the motivation, to improve the relationship between employers and employees and the specific incentives that would improve the motivation level at M&Sillosi Company. Therefore, managers as human resource leaders should identify what employees want from the specific job positions and the company. This research paper used questionnaires for the employees and personal interviews for the managers, based on three important theories such as incentive theory, self-determination theory and LMX theory, in order to assess the motivation level at M&Sillosi Company. While after the analysis from the specific statistical software SPSS, the results show that there are specific incentives that employees evaluate as important to improve their motivation level, there is an average level of relationship between employees and employers and the specific ways to improve the level of employee motivation. Furthermore, the way of managing and maintaining a business differs between managers By understanding the ways to motivate the employees' managers have the following benefits: increase profits, productivity. job importance etc.en_US
