Abstract: Rosa Damascena is the most important species of roses regarding the production of the rose oil. The main rose oil producers in the world are Turkey and Bulgaria and they obtain the rose oil almost exclusively from R. damascene (Baydar G N, Baydar H. Debener T. 2004). Despite the common origin of the primal population of this particular plant, it has been scientifically observed that R. damascena cultivation indicates different indexes of development based on morphological, environmental and geographical factors. These differentiations favor specific countries and regions of countries which provide the demanding specifications of this particular cultivation and the results of the cultivation procedures can be found in the condition of the productions specific variables. The objective of this dissertation paper is to examine the rate of the production of Rosa damascena under precise agriculture techniques which are used to optimize the condition of the plant and the final production. In addition, the techniques which were used in this experiment were the use of plastic ground ground in half of the plants we have in our field and the application of medium and light pruning in an outdoor cultivation of Rosa damascena.
