The aim of this research paper are twofold. One is to see whether different national cultural values have a significant impact on the organizational culture (climate), and if so what are its implications. And the second is to define which concept is better suited to the particular case examined in this paper, climate or culture. This was done by reviewing acclaimed existing literature, and applying the knowledge to the research. With the use of three separate models, the paper discovers that different national cultures indeed have an effect on organizational climate. Organisational climate was chosen as the more suitable concept, with higher practical implications in management practices particularly in the short run. It is concluded that differences in cultural values, have had a strong impact on the resulting climate in the business of "Global Logistics”. They should, therefore, not be neglected in any general management practice of climate, where such differences exist. The paper concludes with specific recommendations to the organisation and suggestions for further research.en_US
